
The Company and Coffee campaign was a four-part commercial series showcasing the growth of a local coffee shop through the power of branded merchandise. As Art Director, I contributed to the creative vision, ensuring a cohesive narrative across TV, digital, and social platforms. The campaign successfully engaged small business owners, generating millions of views and reinforcing Custom Ink’s impact on brand identity and community building.
I was tasked with creating four 15-second and four 30-second commercials for both linear and connected TV, bringing to life the story of a growing coffee shop through engaging visuals and storytelling. In addition to overseeing the art direction, I led lifestyle and product laydown photoshoots, ensuring a cohesive suite of assets for marketing, social media, and paid ads that showcased the impact of custom-branded merchandise.

The Company and Coffee campaign amassed over 16.1 million views on YouTube, marking one of the most comprehensive and successful asset rollouts in Custom Ink’s marketing history. For the first time, we delivered a fully cohesive suite of assets, spanning TV commercials, photography, design, and digital content, ensuring alignment across paid and organic social, email marketing, and brand storytelling.
The campaign also effectively highlighted Custom Ink’s full range of services, including bulk/split shipping, group order forms, fundraising, and tailored customer support, reinforcing our value to small business owners while creating a scalable, multi-platform marketing approach.
